ABOUT US

Founded in 1961, Haines and Polites is a general practice law firm, with experience in a broad range of practice areas. With offices in the heart of Melbourne’s legal precinct,  Heidelberg Heights and Footscray, Haines and Polites services a large cross-section of the community.

We understand that for most people, obtaining legal advice can be an unfamiliar and sometimes stressful process, which is why our client focused approach to legal service helps take the stress away from you, so that you can focus on the things that matter most to you.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Despite the recently imposed Stage 4 restrictions, we will continue to operate subject to the requirements set by the Victorian State Government and the Department of Health and Human Services. 

 

Our Melbourne office will remain open between 9:30am and 4:30pm, however, attendance to members of the  public will only be permitted where lawful to do so and deemed essential by our staff.

 

We will continue to conduct all solicitor-client conferences by way of Zoom, WebEx and other online audiovisual platforms.
